Ojs 3: Not Found error when downloading Full Issue

Hi all,
I have created galley issue with the DOI. Everything is fine when I create it. However, when I tried downloading the full issue, error notification is as follows

Not Found
The requested URL /index.php/betaJTM/issue/view/1/10.20414/betajtm.v9i1 was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found
error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Please, any hint to solve this

Hi @kawahyu,

You may need to tweak your Apache configuration to get it to maintain the distinction between / and %2f in URLs. See core - Apache HTTP Server Version 2.4 (in particular the NoDecode setting). Alternately, avoid the use of / in the Public Identifier field for your issue galleys.
