Hi, can anyone tell me about how much time it might take for migration from OJS 2 to OJS 3 by an experienced web designer who is new to our journal and to OJS? More like 10 hours, or 30–?

That’s a tough question to answer in general – a few words on how much effort you’ve put into your OJS 2.x journal might be helpful. Have you customized your templates? Theme? Anything else?
If it’s a vanilla 2.x install going to a vanilla 3.x install, you’ll need some basic sysadmin skills more than designer skills. Pass the upgrade instructions to your contact and see how much of it is Greek. (Those are the latest upgrade instructions; when the day comes they’ll need to follow the instructions in whatever version of OJS they download.)
