[OJS 3] License info and download not displayed

Hi,

I would like to display the license info so it will appeared something like this:
2020-05-21%2012_10_44-Synthesis%20of%20Chitosan%20from%20Prawn%20Shells%20and%20Characterization%20of%20its%20Structural%20a

the article page that I have, for example
http://journals.umkt.ac.id/index.php/jse/article/view/519
the license info still missing, also the downloads info has not displayed any data.

The settings of the license info, I think already complete

Can you help me to solve this problem.

Hi,

Could anyone help me to solve this problem,
I have access to the installation file (ftp) but I don’t have access to server log.

Until today still not loading any data.
This is one of the example, one of the article page:
