[OJS 3] How to use translation keys that are used within the administration pages on frontend

Hello anyone,

How do I display the translation key “manager.setup.printIssn” on the frontend?
This variable is not available in that context…
I’m just getting started working on a child template, and need to show the ISSN numbers on the header.
I get the numbers, but not the labels, like I did in OJS 2.
