Ojs 3 has an error when uploading logo, after upload logo doesnt appear in the page

when i try to upload logo, everything is ok. But when i refresh the page, there is an error like above. And image doesnt appear. Can someone help me about that?

What version of OJS are you using (please include this in your post)?
What is the file size and file format of the logo file?

OJS version is 3.3.0-7. I m trying to upload site logo. I am also getting error when uploading articles. “public” folder permissions are 755.
