OJS 3 Generate Custom Report returns empty spreadseet

Hi @bozana , @asmecher,

I have OJS 3.1.1.1, upgraded from OJS 2 beginning of the year. When using Generate Custom Report, it returns empty spreadsheet (only header is in it). The other reports looks OK. I have searched the forum and have not found anything that would help.

Some more info (from other forum topics):

  • Usage Statistics plugin is enabled
  • Acron Plutin is enables
  • the View report contains 241 lines
  • the error logs don’t show any errors
  • the SQL SELECT * FROM metrics WHERE metric_type = “ojs::counter”; return planty of records

How to proceed with debugging?
