We have demand for migrating one of our journals from our common system to independent OJS instalation. Is OJS 3 stable enough for production site and how would migration be done from 2.4.7 to 3?

Hi @knjigor,
OJS 3.0 is not yet released and I’d suggest waiting for it unless you understand the risks of using pre-release code and are comfortable with them. There will be a migration tool to upgrade from 2.4.x to 3.0. We’re planning to release OJS 3.0 at the end of the second quarter this year.

I’m aware of risk, but as OJS 3 will be release in just a couple of months, we will wait for official version.
