OJS 3 Errors occurred processing this form

I wish to upload an article on behalf of the author. Even though I fill in all the fields on Submit An Article / Enter Metadata screen, I get the error “Errors occurred processing this form” and all lines remain filled in except “subject” and “key words”.

Any help would be welcome - I tried IE and Fireforx

Hi @officePJS,

This is a known issue in OJS 3.1.0 that will be resolved in OJS 3.1.1 (to be released shortly). In the meantime, turn off the “Required” flag for those fields in your submission metadata settings.

Where do I find the “required flag”?

Go to Settings > Workflow, open the Submission tab, and look under “Submission Metadata”.
