Does OKS 3 have a function to email users in bulk? I can’t find mention of it in documentation.
OJS 2 had a ‘Notify Users’ option, where Editors could choose to email all users, all ‘readers’ or all publisher authors, with the option of including the latest table of contents. This was mainly used to alert people to new content.
The Journal Manager also had the option of selecting multiple users (e.g. all Section Editors) to send a group emails, which was useful to announce things to the editorial team, or request certain people do a specific task (e.g. ask all reviewers to check their review interests profile)
Could you please confirm whether either of these options are available in OJS 3?
