OJS 3: Crossref plugin automtaically sending DOI data to Crossref

Hi Everyone,

We have tried to use the automatic transfer of data to Crossref. It seems to be taking a long time (as indicated by other queries). How long on average does it take?

We’ve also tried to download an xml file and get the following message: http://error message 500. Can I assume that there is something wrong with the host server, not how we’ve configured the server.

I have had also error 500 during XML export. When hosting company increased memory access to application everything worked well. SO, please ask hosting company or sysadmins and try to experiment with memory. However, it is useful to check PHP error log file and check what may be problem.
