[OJS 3] change website appearance does not work

Hello,
I try to change logo, homepage image or theme in my website. The new logo is displayed correctly and after I save, didnt show error. But when I checked the website, still using old logo, even after cleaning the cache, even after deleting the logo, rebuilding cache, uploading, rebuilding cache.

Can you please indicate which specific version of OJS you’re using (e.g. 3.3.0-13)?

It might be worth checking your PHP error log to see if there is an error noted there.

Are you Using Cloudflare, try to purge cache of the image url

Hi @ragil_nurhawanti,

Try using a browser you don’t regularly use, clean its cache and open the journal on a private page. If you’re using Cloudflare, you’ll need to clear the cache before doing that.
