[OJS 3] can attach files to notification emails?

Hello admin, Is there a solution so that every email notification via the Notify form can upload files just like in the discussion form in general? Because in the discussion form there is a feature to add files. For your information I am using OJS 3.2.1.5?

This has already been identified as an issue here: Allow file attachments when creating a discussion through the Notify butto · Issue #6129 · pkp/pkp-lib · GitHub

But, as of yet, has not been prioritized for inclusion in a release of the software.
