Describe the issue or problem
I have several journals in OJS 3.4, but they’re not LTS.

Is it possible to upgrade from 3.4 to an LTS version, for example, to version 3.5 LTS (when it’s available)?

What application are you using?
For example, OJS 3.4.x

Yes - it will be feasible to ugrade from 3.4 to 3.5.0-2 (the planned designated LTS release for 3.5, tentatively due out in the next few months).
