[OJS-3.4.0-4] Popup Failed to initialize plugin: pkp tags

OJS-3.4.0-4
PHP-8.1

We have upgraded from OJS-3.3.0-14 to OJS-3.4.0-4.

If I am opening CustomBlock Plugin, QuickSubmit Plugin then Failed to initialize plugin: PKP tag is visible. I have checked the error logs but nothing is reported.

Here I am attaching a screenshot of Browser Inspection. Please help.

I have seen that last week. Trying to figure it out I reloaded/restarted multiple times. After some cleaning the cache and reloading (multiple times) it hasn’t come up it again. Maybe try some thorough cache cleaning.

I’ve cleared the browser history and it’s working fine now, I’ll take a look if I find anything I’ll report back.
