OJS 3.4.0.4 not displaying data in the downloads graph

Hello,

I’m experiencing an issue with the public downloads graph for a specific article.
The graph does not display any data for the month of September.

However, I can confirm that there are downloads for that period, since the article statistics in the administrative interface show them correctly.

The article in question is: https://revistas.usp.br/ars/article/view/237403

I also verified directly in the database that the table metrics_counter_submission_monthly contains 81 records for this submission in September.

I’d appreciate any guidance or confirmation on whether this is a known issue in version 3.4.0.4, or if there’s any patch or configuration adjustment that could fix the problem.

By chance did you make a change to or switch your theme in this time period since your downloads display stopped working? I ask because some users have reported a similar issue that may be related to the Immersion theme:

Hi, I’m not sure about answering, cause I have not the solution actually, but I have a very similar installation and it runs fine, so maybe I can help you somehow. I have recently updated to 3.4, currently running 3.4.0.9 and I’m using Immersion Theme. I am using a child theme, with original Immersion works fine also. I’m using OJS 3.4.0.9 the abstract view and download view just showing 0. Is it possible it’s OJS 3.4 problem?
