As far as I see, the usageStats plugin is not part of OJS 3.4.0-1 installation package and it is also not mentioned in the list given at Ojs 3.4.0.1 Keyword plugin can't support - #6 by hilongo

A good advice is to always test a new OJS version including all plugins that are used for a journal on a test environment first before one goes to production. This requires a test protocol with detailled steps for function tests both for the backend and frontend . And if anything doesn’t work or is missing, one doesn’t go to production with the new version.
