Back before we upgrade to 3.3.0-6 we used 2.4.8. All institutional subscriptions using proxy worked perfectly fine. What we do is just enter their proxy’s IP address into the subscription accessing IP range.
For the currently 3.3.0-6 release, can confirm the access still works if they’re on campus from the accessing IP range, but can not access contents via their proxy server anymore. - their subscribed proxy IP address is not recognized by OJS.
This is a very important thing to have in the COVID-19 lockdown situation.
How can i solve this for the clients?
