OJS 3.3.0.5: Can't login after a fresh installation

I’ve just successfully installed OJS 3.3.0.5, but after the installation I can’t login into the admin panel.
When I try to log in with my admin account, all I see is the message “There are no journals available.”, and the login does not go through (I don’s see the dashboard menu). There are no errors in the logs as far as I can see, and I can’t figure out what goes wrong.

I can only guess that maybe there is an issue with the sessions not working on your server, so it’s unable to properly log you in… Not sure what would be the cause of that but I’d check the server’s error logs for any logs about the sessions.

Thank you for your suggestion, but, as I’ve already mentioned, there are no errors being written to the server logs, despite the enabled debug options.

Welp, turned out that the problem was my browser. I tried it with a fresh Firefox profile, and everything worked fine. Probably my adblocker throwing a wrench in the gears.
