I have finished installing OJS 3.3.0.4 successfully, however i keep being redirected to http://localhost/ojs/index.php/index/install and can’t login because the page itself is not showing up. I don’t think there’s error in the log file. How do I resolve this?

Your first screenshot tells you what to do. OJS normally modifies the config.inc.php file and sets installed = On afterwards, but in your case it could not. You will need to make this change yourself.
