OJS 3.3.0.4 Broken links to article details page

Hi,
OJS: 3.3.0.4
PHP: 7.14

Today, I noticed that all the articles we have published in volum 1 are not corresponding to the right article details page.
This volume has about 05 issues with a total of about 40 articles (year 2018). When you click on any of the article in this volume, it opens a different article detail page.

Here you can see one of the example article: Vol. 1 No. 1 (2018): SEISENSE Journal of Management | SEISENSE Journal of Management

All the other articles in volumes (2,3 and 4) are corresponing to the correct article details page.
Looking forward to your expert suggestions to solve the issue.
Thanks and regards

Hi,
I fixed the problem by doing the following:
1- Unpublished the article
2- Clicked on " Issue" tab under " Publication"
3- and Save
4- Published again.

Thats it. I repeatedly did this to all the problem articles in volume 1 and porblem is resolved.

But the question remains there.
Why that happened?
If there is a bug which broke the links then it must be fixed. Because journal editors might not know the articles links are broken.
Thanks and regards

Hi,

I have the same issue, but unfortunately the solution posted before does not work for me.

Example: https://ojs.lib.unideb.hu/landsenv/article/view
PDF view: https://ojs.lib.unideb.hu/IJEMS/article/view//4611

The problem doesn’t appear in every article, only some. It seems random.
Looking for suggestion for every journal article.

OJS : 3.3.0.4
PHP: 7.4.16

Thanks and regards

I have a similar bug after upgraded to OJS 3.3.0.6
Starting from 2018 submissions, the article link become:
https://www.fracturae.com/index.php/fis/article/view/IGF-ESIS.43.02
instead of
https://www.fracturae.com/index.php/fis/article/view/2050
The seisense solution work for me but I have a lot of articles to open, save and republish. Moreover the DOI link in the left column in the article detail page is broken.

Hi @Nick_Straw,

This is an older thread, could you create a new post and describe your issue there? Feel free to link back to this thread if it is relevant. This will help keep the forum more organized.
