OJS.3.3.0-13 and "red" problems with OAI_OPENAIRE_JATS

Hello,
We have just updated our OJS to version OJS.3.3.0-13 and so far the only problem detected is when I submit to http://validator.oaipmh.com/ , I have some errors concerning listrecords oai_openaire_jats:

  1. Line 26, Column 0, Element ‘{http://www.openarchives.org/OAI/2.0/}article’: This element is not expected. Expected is ( ##other{http://www.openarchives.org/OAI/2.0/}* ).
  2. Line 105, Column 0, Element ‘{http://www.openarchives.org/OAI/2.0/}article’: This element is not expected. Expected is ( ##other{http://www.openarchives.org/OAI/2.0/}* ).
  3. Line 200, Column 0, Element ‘{http://www.openarchives.org/OAI/2.0/}article’: This element is not expected. Expected is ( ##other{http://www.openarchives.org/OAI/2.0/}* ).
  4. Line 315, Column 0, Element ‘{http://www.openarchives.org/OAI/2.0/}article’: This element is not expected. Expected is ( ##other{http://www.openarchives.org/OAI/2.0/}* ).
  5. Line 439, Column 0, Element ‘{http://www.openarchives.org/OAI/2.0/}article’: This element is not expected. Expected is ( ##other{http://www.openarchives.org/OAI/2.0/}* ).

thus, 50 times is the record limit that we have set in the config.inc.php

What could be happening? Is there any way to fix this problem?
