I have problem with sending editoral decision. When I tried to record editoral decision and send to the authors, it was always loading or stuck. What is the problem?

Do you have access to your PHP error logs and can report on any relevant error log messages from there?

Yes. It says: “No recent web server errors exist for your domain”
ctrl+shift+i for inspect, you will see error. ( I guess plugin error.)
Where to find the error?
network tab.
