OJS 3.2.1 - DB changes regarding submissions and issues

Hi,

In OJS version (3.1.1) there was a “published_submissions” table with an “issue_id” field. Now you introduced “publications” table but there is no “issue_id” field. How to know which publication belongs to which issue? Thx.

The issueId is defined in publication_settings table.
