[OJS 3.2.1.4] Scheduled task not work

Hi,

For a few days, I see that no metrics are registered and are not displayed in the articles of my OJS 3.1.2.4 platform. And when I try to run php tools/runScheduledTasks.php plugins/generic/usageStats/scheduledTasks.xml, I get the following error:

Invalid address:  (From): root@localhost

And the graph of the metrics looks as follows:

I got the same problem for our OMP. The OJS installation that runs alongside on the same apache has no problems generating metrics. See also Unable to activate usageStats plugin in OMP 3.3.0
