Hello, I have a problem with the uploaded CSS stylesheet. I Use OJS 3.2.1.11
Some journal settings are related to CSS, upload is done, then OJS is automatically renamed to styleSheet.css, but in my case, OJS changes without the .css extension so that the CSS settings don’t work.

Not sure exactly what was going on here, but I tested this in 3.2 and it worked fine for me. Can you clarify: even if your file is a .css file, it automatically changes the file extension and treats it as a plain text file? This seems really strange.
