OJS 3.2.1.1 php version

i have 2 questions:

server is shared with joomla 3 installation, this CMS requieres upgrade php version. What is min and max version php for OJS 3.2.1.1 ?
a link with step by step secure upgrade of OJS to latest version?

Although it’s said “PHP >= 7.2” I won’t try to run 3.2 with php 8, but I made them run over php 7.4 without any trouble.
