[OJS 3.2.1-1] Loader spins endlessly and 500 Internal Server Error for Fetch-Grid

Application Version: OJS 3.2.1-1

I installed OJS for the first time and followed the instructions. After creating an admin and logging in for the first time, all I see is a loader that spins endlessly.

The Network-Tab tells me that there are two 500 Internal Server Errors, both starting with “fetch-grid”.

I don’t know how to debug this kind of problem. Can someone help me?

Hi

The best way to analyze the 500 error is by reading the webserver error log.

Hi,
we solved this problem just limiting the number of items per page in the appearance menu (management/settings/website#setup/lists).
