OJS 3.2.1.1 - Default email doesn't popup

Hi,

I am not getting default email templates for sending emails. I get only the ones that we have created. In the database, all the templates are there but not coming as popup. I don’t see any php errors.

This is the same issue that you posted here, correct? Custom Email templates shown blank in notify modal - #2 by latha_ojs
If so, please continue the conversation over there rather than posting in several places; duplicate posts of the same issue clutter the forum.
