OJS 3.1, wherefore art thou?

Hi all,

I’ve been anxiously awaiting OJS 3.1 since last August, but it now appears it
will slip beyond the originally-anticipated July release.

Based on the milestone info in GitHub, it looks like it may still be a while.

Is there any idea of a revised timeline yet?
