I am testing OJS 3.1 in a temporary server,
So far it seems working well, but it just doesn’t display the pictures, please have a look at the picture on the top bar:

I am sure that picture is in the server in the right directory and the folder has 775 permissions.
If you check the browser console you will see that there is a strange redirect from http://journalsnew.equinoxpub.com/public/ to https://d8o7ic8fltgc2.cloudfront.net/public/
Do you guys have any idea regarding this problem?
