OJS 3.1 display Creative Common licenses

Dear Community,

The display of CC-licenses on the article page in form of the icon and the corresponding links (like in OS 2.4.8) is a great feature in OJS 3.1. However, on my test-installations (git- and archives-installations), the display works for some articles, but not for others. Do I miss something in the settings (distribution) or is it possible that the function is a bit buggy? Thanks in advance!

After searching again, I just found the right option: additionally, a box “Permissions” needs to be checked on the “Schedule For Publication”-form (publication stage).
