[OJS 3.1.2] Problems with the "Review Complete" template

  • Application Version: OJS 3.1.2

  • Description of issue: The email that should be sent (from the reviewer to the editor) when a reviewer finishes the review is not arriving; I thought there was no such template in this version of OJS but I see it in the email template configuration area!
    I have noticed that there are email templates that are in the configuration and are not used in this version (I don’t know why), like the excellent template that informed users of a new published issue. Is this another case? regarding the “Review complete” template.

Obviously, the notification is coming to the appropriate mailboxes, but that’s not what I’m talking about.

Could you confirm which email template in 3.1.2 you are referring to as I was not able to see this template in my installation?

It might be the case that some of the email templates were carried over from OJS 2 and are not actually functional in OJS 3.
