OJS 3.1.2.4 not loading properly

Dear,

We are using OJS for hosting our journal in the following website journal.lfu.edu.krd
Recently while trying to add a new issue, it is noted that the journal is not loading properly for admin or editor login. There is no error log in the server.

Simple access to journal working perfectly. Kindly help to resolve this issue. The screenshot is attached herewith.

  • Application Version - OJS 3.1.2.4
  • cpsrvd 11.86.0.24
  • Database client version: libmysql - 5.6.43
  • PHP extension: mysqli curl mbstring
  • PHP version: 7.3.6

Hello @saravanabalaji

Have you tried clearing the caches? If you go to Administration - “Clear Data caches”, and “Clear Template cache”, that might help.

I have the same problem.

  • Apache/2.4.29 (Ubuntu)
  • Versão do cliente de base de dados: libmysql - mysqlnd 7.4.33
  • Servidor: Localhost via UNIX socket
  • Tipo de servidor: MySQL
  • Versão do servidor: 5.7.41-0ubuntu0.18.04.1 - (Ubuntu)
