We have recently shifted to OJS. Before this,we were working on an issue whcih is now ready for online publication. The articles are in pdf and assigned DOI.Actually they were to be published on our website. Now, as we use OJS (version 3.1.2.1.) I tried to creat future issue. I uploaded each article pdf by creating a galley. As you can see from screenshot, no item is displayed.
the prview looks unorganized with no article title and author names displayed.
Am i doing it right or is any other way to export the articels to ojs?

Seems like you created several full issues galleys instead of submissions/articles and galleys for each of it. But I am not sure, maybe you can post bigger screenshot, the whoel screen or window to better see it.

Thank you @primozs . And yes you are right. I created galleys for every article. If it is wrong way to do the task, please guide me about how I can do it?

You have to submit articles separately, add galleys to them and assign them to the issue. The fastest way is to use QuickSubmit Plugin, I believe.
