OJS 3.1.2.1: Editors do not have access to files uploaded in Request Revisions panel

Hi PKP Community,

We have identified in a 3.1.2.1 instance that editors do not have access to files uploaded in Request Revisions panel, when they try to retrieve it from the Editorial history option:


It prompts this message: {“status”:false,“content”:”El rol actual no tiene acceso a esta operaci\u00f3n.”,“elementId”:“0”}

Any idea about how to solve it?
