OJS 3.1.1 Can`t see Citation plugins after update

Hello,

After update system to 3.1.1 version I cant see “Citation Format Plugins”, “Citation Database Connector Plugins”, “Citation Output Plugins” and “Citation Extraction Plugins” in Plugins list.

Hi @sarkhan,

We’ve started using a third-party CSL library for citation formatting, and removed a number of plugin categories that aren’t used in OJS 3.x. Are you trying to fix something in particular, or just wondering where those went?
