[OJS 3.1.1.4] Statistics access denied for custom report

Hi,

I can’t access the custom report option on tools/statistics - the other reports work fine but for this report I get a “access denied” message.

Thanks for confirming. Would you be able to provide screenshots of this issue? As well as confirm whether any recent changes have been made to your journal/settings?

Hello,

I haven’t used this report before so I am not sure whether it would have worked before. It doesn’t work on either my dev server nor on the cloud server. Actually the previous pop up said access denied once clicking on it it says undefined.
