[OJS 3.1.1.4] Reviewer unable to access 3rd step

Hello, could you be so kind to assist me in this matter.
I am using OJS: 3.1.1.4
When I send an article to be reviewed, the reviewer cannot access the article file in the third step of the progress, after he has accepted the review. It´s best explained on the image.

Check your PHP error log for details.

Thank you, I am a little bit lost here, is the error log a document called error_log that is in the journal directory? what type or error am I looking for? thank you for bearing with my questions. :slightly_smiling_face:

Have a look at How do I find my PHP error log? - #2 for details – but generally it’s a file called error_log.
