Thank You for providing us such a valuable web application. We are using OJS 3.1.14 version. Everything is working perfectly fine. However, we are facing a little issue and we are unable to solve it yet.
When the article goes to Request Revision to author phase, we receive no notification of re submission by author on OJS and also not an email. Further, we are not getting emails and notification of articles in round 2 of review.
Please guide…

OJS 3.1.1-4 does have a notification feature within the dashboard as shown below.
In terms of being notified directly, I would suggest encouraging the authors to create a discussion post once they’ve uploaded their revisions.
A discussion post does generate a notification to the user dashboard and should also send email notification if this is enabled in your user profile > notification setting
