OJS 3.1.1.4 DOAJ Export Plugin Error

I use OJS 3.1.1.4 and try to export metadata but i got an error like this screenshoot.
please some help me, whats wrong?

I tried to replace the content of the two files with the ones suggested but when I tried to export it returned a blank page. I restored the previous ones.
(OJS version 3.1.1.4, currently not able to upgrade to the newest version for a technical reason).
