I am running an OJS 18.104.22.168 installation and I stumbled across one problem where it leads me to this message:
when I try to go the workflow page of one old article.
Maybe something went wrong when I imported it from a previous installation? Is there an option in the database, where I as a super-admin cannot access an article?
Which part of the workflow are you trying to access on this old article and what permission level do you currently have?

I solved it by creating a second admin. Then I could access it.
It happend in any of the stages of the workflow and I thought as an journal-admin I had all the power in the world. But no I know that I need my Alter-Ego sometimes
