Ojs-3.1.1-2 The current role does not have access to this operation

Hi
I just installed ojs-3.1.1-2 and it is giving me the:

“The current role does not have access to this operation.”

as I try to create a new journal. I am logged in as the admin. I have versions 3.1.0 running just fine on the same server and this is not my first time to install or use OJS, what is going on?

Hi @oah433,

When you installed OJS, did you get a confirmation that the install succeeded?

Yes I got the regular success message.

I have same issue please some one help

I have fixed that issue by upgraded again!
then, setting files and folders permissions as suggested by pkp community.
Also, i had a problem with my internet connection line, so i had to disable the option ‘session_check_ip’ in config.inc file.
