We just upgraded to OJS 3.0 and have several older journals that have been on Our platform since 2008. After the update the default theme that is used has not been succsecfully implemented with these older journals. Only the title is visable, there is no text as the other journals have. Current - Archives - About is missing.
All Our newer journals are fine.
I would suggest to upgrade to 3.1.0-1 since version of OJS 3.0 has a issues.
It is possible that some minor issues should be fixed manually.
