I am trying to submit on OJS 3.0.2. Nothing happens when I press “save and continue” button. Spinner keeps spinning.
Check your php error log and/or your browser javascript console for errors.
I am getting this responce

Is it possible that you are in strict mysql mode: MySQL :: MySQL 5.7 Reference Manual :: 5.1.10 Server SQL Modes ?
Found the bug. Database wasnt imported successfully
