OJS 3.0.2.0 - Uploading file stuck

Hi, there!
I have a problem. I’am trying upload submission file or review file and nothing happen. The is no respond from the OJS.

I wrote down the commands in config file describing uploading files size, but the problem still exists.

Unfortunately, I’am not a specialist :frowning:

Hi @pszmit,

I can’t make specific recommendations about Windows file permissions – it’s been a long time since I used it – but permissions are the most likely cause. Check also your PHP error log to see if relevant information is there.
