[OJS 2.x] Review form responses from previous rounds unavailable to editors

Hello all,

We noticed ONE specific submission with two rounds of review, and we don’t have access to the first round review forms as editors. Login in as the reviewers we can see their responses.
We are unaware of other submissions with this problem!!
We checked a few others and review forms are available for previous rounds in review history.

Any ideas?

Have you been able to solve this difficulty, we have also noticed this occurrence on our installation that previous rounds of review forms are not accessible by editors.

Unfortunately, no response on this matter.
It would probably need a deeper analysis on the database.
