Hi, i am having a issue with the prepared emails.
When you select a reviewer they received this prepared email: REVIEW REQUEST ONECLICK .
But the last time a reviewer received 4 emails before this.
The auto emails were REVIEW REQUEST REMIND AUTO ONECLICK.
And maybe this too REVIEW REQUEST REMIND AUTO, I am not sure
First: I dont understand when this auto email activates.
Second: i Think that this 2 auto emails were send because the journal have this configuration.
Any comment or suggestion of what can i do will be well received.
