After I changed the database encoding from latin to utf8, the sidebar of the website（OJS 2.4.8） disappeared(No errors in the log)， I want to know the tables and fields that control the sidebar in the database. I need to debug it, please tell me. many thanks!

The version of OJS that you’re using is no longer maintained or supported by PKP. I recommend that you upgrade to the newest version of OJS. However, other community members may wish to offer assistance with your question.
