[OJS] PLN plugin not depositing

We have a instance of OJS and have enabled the PLN Plugin. The journal has a ISSN and we have published many issues. The plugin has been enabled for more than a month. Unfortunately the status has not changed and nothing has been deposited. Do we need a special port open besides 80 and 443? How would a user access journal article on the private network?


Hi @criminal,

There should be log files in your files_dir (see config.inc.php) under files/scheduledTaskLogs (the filename will start with PKPPLN, if I remember correctly). These may help indicate what happened.
