[OJS 2.4.8.3] Geolocated fields (country, region, city) remain empty in custom reports

Hi,

the geolocated fields (country, region, city) remain empty in our custom reports.
We are running OJS 2.4.8.3.

Does anyone have an idea how to handle this issue?
